Christmas Baking

I always loved to bake, but for some reason I really got into it this year. I bought a cookie iron and decided to tackle Stroopwaffles....a dutch syrup filled cookie. I also make boterkoeks as gifts for family, friends and neighbors. It started one year with only 20 some, and this year I'm up to 60! Fun!!!
